Electronic Transcripts - Local Rule

Local Rule 4.1.12: 
Delivery of Court Reporter Transcripts to the Court

In all case types, any court reporter utilized to report court proceedings shall file all appellate and court ordered transcripts electronically via YesLaw. This rule applies to Court employees, per diem and pro tempore court reporters. (Effective January 1, 2016, New)

The YesLaw Transcript tool(link is external) is available for pro tempore agencies and individuals working in Fresno Superior Court to facilitate the e-filing of all transcripts. Information, software and a registration application is available at http://yeslaw.net/(link is external).

At this time, the court is not supporting wireless transmission for real-time. If real-time is used, it must be a wired connection. 

Court Reporter Directory

Listed below are names of court reporters that have consented to be placed on the Court Reporter Directory for the purpose of being contacted by litigants and attorneys in need of court reporting services. Please note these court reporters are not governed or controlled by the Fresno Superior Court. They are contractors who work independently.
