Family Law Mediation Panel

The Mediation panel below is comprised of private attorneys and dispute resolution professionals.  The mediators have specialized training in mediation and experience assisting parties in resolving family law conflicts.  Those on this panel have met the Court's eligibility requirements and agree to abide by the professional standards of conduct to participate as a panel member.  

The Mediators listed below offer a 90-minute reduced-fee mediation for $150.00 ($75 per party).  Additional time or sessions can be scheduled with the mediator at their hourly fee.  In order to participate in the program, parties must select a mediator from the panel and file stipulation form (PADR-05) with the Court.  Once the stipulation is filed, the parties must contact the mediator to schedule their mediation session.
